Located on Sunnyside Road on a hillside overlooking 3 miles of Woolacombe beach to Baggy Point, the sea view stunning. A very short walk to the town and beach. Multiple restaurants on your doorstep and lots of activities in the area from our perfect holiday rental

Experience Centre Point
Living area
Our 2nd floor 2 bedroom apartment has unobstructed views of Potters Hill and Woolacombe beach from both the openplan living area and the master bedroom. The stunning view is also visible from the kitchen annd dining area. There is a 42 inch Smart TV, DVD player, free high speed Wifi. The kitchen is well stocked and has an induction hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer. There is a small breakfast bar and a dining room table for 4. There is direct access to a large balcony area which includes a box dining set for 4 and 2 sun loungers
Full length Balcony
Our huge balcony runs the whole length of our apartment. Separate access is via both the living area and the master bedroom. There are 2 sun longers and a 4 seat dining set. It has a southerly aspect and recieves all day sunshine
Master bedroom and ensuite
The Master bedroom has the same stunning views with direct separate access on to the large full length balcony. There is a new very comfortable king size bed with side tables and lights and small wall mounted TV
The ensuite includes large shower annd sunken bath
Twin Room
2 single beds with ensuite including shower
Utility and wetsuit room
In addition there is a utility with additional toilet, shower area to rinse / hang wet items.
There is also a separate washing machine and drier
